I've figured out what has been bothering me. The transformation into 'muscle gods' seemed unneccesary, to me it would have been just as hot with their minds and wills taken over- just my opinion. The whole Superman thing is a bit 'done' , do have to say I enjoyed the way the first two dudes expired I.J.S.

As always, a well written, erotic story! Great concept and wonderfully executed!

Too mean spirited. If there were mutual enjoyment or if the roommate had done something to deserve this but it's opportunistic, at best

Not super familiar with pup play but sounds interesting. Thanks for the comment!

While I don't remember the exact context, I I do recall making the argument that Absman ought to give Rex some narrative resolution: leaving him indefinitely adrift in the multiverse without a reunion with his husband felt sad and incomplete. And this way, Rex's story ends on the final beat of the Hero's Journey: the hero returns home, older and wiser, rewarded with a mate for his troubles and bringing with him a great prize: in this case, himself! I don't remember making the Hero's Journey reference to Absman, but in hindsight I was probably unconsciously connecting dots: Rex went on a journey to strange lands and grew as a person, my subconscious was likely screaming that he needed to make a homecoming to close the circle. I'm just honored that one of my favorite authors actually took an idea of mine and ran with it! Again, you're welcome and thank you, Absman!
