Two thoughts while reading this installment: 1) I’ve watched too many episodes of Air Crash Investigation to know that this scenario would be very dangerous in an actual aircraft, but also 2) the scenario is so hot and I reeeeally wish I was a passenger on that flight! Thank you for continuing the story! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

@[JasonB2](/user/show/10042798) Thanks haha. I'm surprised I started and finished it in like a day or two lol. It was really hot to work on. Digimon offers a ton of really cool ways to mind fuck others. The OC Digimon that's basically just Edward's candle as a Digimon is super cool too. I really want fan art of it at some point. Whenever I can get money for a commission or get an artist to do a trade for a fic commission lol.

And choices have consequences. Sadly, Buck's shell is broken and the clam can't survive without it.

Definitely love the part where well-hung potential breeder Isaac is being turned into an impotent loser  Wish there will be a spinoff of Impotent Isaac!!!

hmmm this chapter may be the most disappointing one for me. There was all this drama and collision of philosophies that was all for Buck's sake and I realize that as much as this points out that Buck wanted his Dad's approval, he never talked with him and saw his truth on his own. That he gets to choose anyway disregarding his father, feels very disingenuous to his. character that desperately wanted that approval, yet never communicates with him??? It's such a huge dissonance it's very disappointing. While David got fleshed out, Buck was made into a caricature of himself. It's important that Buck is able to step out in the world independently, the problem is, with Buck just calllously throwing away his father's opinion, it makes the gravity of the previous chapters look like a joke. It's sad, because now it also throws away the absolute nuance of David's owns concerns. Sure David had his own concerns and issues that he had to go through. But that didnt mean those concerns didnt also rise from a love for his son. Buck needs a bigger role in this and realize his own selfishness, and even if he. did choose to go, he needed to communicate with his father. not this. definitely not this way. it makes elian a joke too. as a father, he shouldve communicated as well with buck that this wasn't the way. now he himself is a joke, but at the very least that can come off as consequence of his arrogance because who is he really to understand another family's nuances. at the end of the day, this still goes right into buck making his own effort to reach his father, the same way his dad made an effort to come for him
