Loving this. The whole thing. Plot. Characters and Belial's sassitude. Works for me.

It is Father Berthold who is blind. Sir Laurent is the crusading local lord and - yes - I've got plans for him... Glad you're enjoying the story.

Great job, especially for a first story. Hope to see more.

Not a lot of sex, but I'm honestly enjoying the story itself. You've clearly done your homework and it pays off.

If I may add another comment - you've not mentioned Sir Laurent since the first chapter. Since he's blind and apparently very pious, I wonder if he's just a character of the setting, or are you going to do something to him (especially since he's blind - would be interesting to see his full transformation).

I'm really enjoying the series. I like the fact that you aren't leaning too heavily into the demonic aspects, just enough to be tantalizing and sexy without delving into horror as a genre. I also really respect the plot you're weaving! You're doing a great job of telling an intriguing story that I can also blow my load to ;)

I love this series! Your anachronisms are so amusing (e.g. the pina colada in Provence :)). I love that Belial is working on the monastery slowly. Will be interesting to see how the 19th century couple fit in with this (but don't rush things!) Bravo!
